Don't we all love a good smoothie? Here is a simple, delicious recipe using Vitamin C packed oranges and kiwis, which are also both high in Vitamin C and antioxidants. A fun fact about kiwi is that it is also a sleep inducer so research recommends having 2 kiwi fruits before bed.

Ingredients

Serving Size: 1
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 1 tbs Water Lentils
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 chopped green apple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut water

Recipe

Simply add all prepared ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency.
